We hope you will mark your calendar and plan to attend our 23rd Annual Meeting, September 13-16, 2008 at the exquisite Silverado Resort., a historic 1,200 acre destination resort set in the rolling hills of the wine country.
Similar to last year’s meeting, the Resident Forum will be held on Saturday afternoon, followed by the Welcome Reception that evening. The Annual Meeting will begin on Sunday morning and run through Tuesday morning. Golf and Tennis Tournaments will be held on Sunday and Monday afternoons. Dr. Ronald Stoney, Local Arrangements Chair, is working on toward making your visit to Silverado a memorable experience. Complete information about the meeting will be forthcoming in July.
The Society is now accepting abstracts for its 23rd Annual Meeting and 15th Resident Forum to be held September 13-16, 2008 at the Silverado Resort, Napa, California
Deadline for receipt of abstracts is Friday, May 9, 2008. Electronic abstract submission will be the only accepted mode of delivery.
We encourage you to submit your work, or sponsor the work of a colleague. Residents are invited to submit their research work or clinical projects for presentation at the WVS Resident Forum to be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008 in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. The presenting author of Abstracts selected for presentation at the Resident Forum will receive an honorarium to help partially cover the cost of travel and accommodations.
