The Western Vascular Society wishes to thank the following companies for their support of the 14th Annual Resident Forum and the 22nd Annual Meeting

Dear Industry Colleague:

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Western Vascular Society, you are invited to participate as a corporate educational sponsor for the 2008 Annual Meeting. The meeting dates are Saturday, September 13 through Tuesday September 16, 2008.  The Meeting will be held at the beautiful Silverado Resort in Napa Valley, California. . Once again we anticipate a record attendance at our 23rd Annual Meeting.

As an educational sponsor of the Society, your company representatives are invited to the annual meeting and are able to participate in all the scientific and social events. Your corporate name will be prominently displayed in the program booklet and during the plenary sessions your generous support will be publicly acknowledged. In addition, corporate partners will be listed on the Society’s website with a contact representative and a link to the representative/company e-mail address. The cost of this corporate sponsorship is $7,000. Again, this year, two company representatives are invited to register for and attend the meeting.

Educational Sponsors are also given the opportunity to purchase exhibit space at $100.00 per table-top display. Exhibit space will be conveniently located so that WVS members will easily see your tabletop display throughout the meeting.  Again this year we can only accommodate exhibit participation from up to 15 corporate sponsors.

Traditionally, the meeting begins in the afternoon with the Western Vascular Resident Forum. This is followed by a Welcome Reception on the evening of the first day, Saturday, September 13th.  WVS scientific sessions will be held on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings, with time off in the afternoon for recreational activities to include organized golf and tennis. A theme dinner is scheduled for Sunday evening with the more formal Presidential Dinner to be held on Monday evening. The meeting will adjourn approximately at noon on Tuesday, September 16th.

The Western Vascular Society is grateful for your generous support. This allows us to continually offer an outstanding educational and social program for our growing membership. In addition, your unrestricted educational grant helps to fund travel and accommodation expenses for all residents presenting papers at the Resident Forum.
