2009 Sponsorship Information~Thank you 2008 Educational Sponsors

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE - 2009 EDUCATIONAL SPONSOR

Dear Industry Colleague:

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Western Vascular Society, you are invited to participate as a corporate educational sponsor for the 2009 Annual Meeting. The meeting dates are Saturday, September 19 through Tuesday September 22, 2009.  The Meeting will be held at the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona . Once again we anticipate a record attendance at our 24th Annual Meeting.

This year, the cost of an educational sponsorship is $5,000.  Educational Sponsors are also given the opportunity to purchase exhibit space separately at $2,500 per table-top display. Exhibit space will be conveniently located so that WVS members will easily see your tabletop display throughout the meeting.  ONLY EDUCATIONAL SPONSORS MAY EXHIBIT.   Again this year we can only accommodate exhibit participation from up to 15 corporate sponsors.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The meeting begins on Saturday afternoon, September 19th with the Western Vascular Resident Forum. This is followed by a Welcome Reception on the evening of the first day, Saturday, September 19th.  WVS scientific sessions will be held on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings, with time off in the afternoon for recreational activities to include organized golf, tennis and winery tours. A dinner has been planned on Sunday evening at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, with the more formal Presidential Dinner to be held on Monday evening. The meeting will adjourn approximately at noon on Tuesday, September 22nd. 

The Western Vascular Society is grateful for your generous support. This allows us to continually offer an outstanding educational and social program for our growing membership. In addition, your educational grant helps to fund travel and accommodation expenses for all residents presenting papers at the Resident Forum.

Once a company confirms its participation as an Educational Sponsor, a full packet of information, along with registration and exhibit information will be forwarded to the company representative.
